Friendly staff were helpful during our stay.
The reception hours were too limited, leaving us without assistance when needed. The air conditioning was poorly maintained. it was dripping onto the bed at night, forcing us to contact them after hours for a fix. Additionally, we received the wrong breakfast voucher and never got compensated for it, causing further frustration.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop! They offered great relaxation options like a nice foot massage and a cozy spa lounge. The only minor downside was that the blanket could’ve been a bit bigger, but it didn’t ruin my awesome experience. 😊

The rooftop area offers a stunning view of the surroundings, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. The clean, modern design of the Family Two Bedroom Parter gives a cozy vibe, making it feel more like home during our stay.
Parking proves to be a hassle since there's little space directly in front of the hotel. The front door slams loudly, disturbing the peace, especially near our room. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which dripped into the bed and needed off-hours repair. Also, breakfast arrangements were off. we were given the wrong voucher and even ended up paying for meals we didn’t receive. If you're driving, know to expect a bit of a trek just to unload luggage.

The room was super cozy with a comfortable bed and nice details like solid shower products. I loved the big bath sheets and selection of teas. The Family Two Bedroom Parter had three TVs, which was perfect for our group. The hot tub on the rooftop was a nice touch too. Overall, I felt like it was designed with care and everything was clean and modern.

I had a great time during my stay. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views after exploring the city. I appreciated the clean and modern design of the room, which had everything I needed. One morning, I grabbed breakfast from a nearby café that was recommended by the staff, and it was delicious. It was nice being so close to many restaurants and attractions.
I found the hotel small and with limited parking. The location required a bit of walking to reach some areas, which could be inconvenient at times.

I had a great stay at Albi Boutique Hotel. The rooftop area blew me away. Stunning views of Jerusalem made for a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. I found my room cozy with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. The nearby café for breakfast served some of the best poached eggs I've ever had, along with home-fried potatoes. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. However, the parking situation was a bit tricky. Limited spaces made it a hassle at times. Also, the hotel felt a tad small, and some areas could use a bit of sprucing up, especially around the rooftop. Overall, the experience could be improved with better parking solutions and more shaded spots on the rooftop.
